PAYMENTS & TAXES
• Payments are accepted via Paypal & Mpesa(Mobile Payments)
• It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for their own country custom duty if there are any. Please be aware that the delivery charges do not include local duties and taxes. The recipient will be responsible for these charges that are customarily collected at time of delivery.
We will not be responsible for any late delivery arising from factors beyond our control
SHIPMENT
• Shipping will be through trusted carriers e.g via USPS Priority Mail and a tracking number will be included with your order confirmation. The customer has the option to choose any other shipping carrier• The shipping dates will be agreed upon between you, the buyer & Taborafrika,depending on the quantity of the order. Taborafrika shall use its reasonable endeavors to ensure the products once ordered reach the client within the shortest time on confirmation of the order & depending on choice of delivery. In the event of a delay, the client will be notified

CLAIMS & REFUNDS
• In the event of damages,original shipping carton and good must be retained for inspection.Damages must be notified to TABORAFRIKA and the carriers within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.A damaged item can be replaced but the customer will be responsible for freight charges

WHOLESALE:-Wholesale orders are non refundable unless the items arrive damaged. Please email us in 48 hours about damaged or incorrect items with codes and quantities. Please purchase a few samples before making large wholesale orders
• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item(s) in its original condition which have not been worn, scratched or washed.
If the item is out of stock, we’ll notify you right away.
All merchandise has to be in its original packaging. Please indicate a reason for your exchange. Items returned without original packaging will be returned to customer.
• You may exchange or return merchandise by mail within 30 days (Except for Wholesale) of receipt of purchase. You will receive a full refund less shipping. The customer is responsible for freight charges in case of exchange. Please include your name, order number and a short note stating the reason for return/exchange.

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
